Terms of Use

Welcome to Kinleaf. Kinleaf is owned and operated by Zocron, LLC (“Kinleaf,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Kinleaf mobile app and this website, getkinleaf.com (together, the “Service”).

By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Kinleaf account, or be a “Permitted User” — someone under 18 using the Service with the express consent of, and under the account of, their parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide about a child is provided with the authority of that child's parent or legal guardian.

What Kinleaf Is

Kinleaf helps parents and caregivers track their children's symptoms, medications, and appointments, and organize that information to share with a doctor. Kinleaf is a record-keeping and organization tool. It does not replace professional judgment, monitoring, or care — see “No Medical Advice” below.

Your Account

To use most of the Service, you need an account, created with an email address and password or by signing in with Apple or Google. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away at support@getkinleaf.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. You can delete your account at any time from the app's Settings.

Subscriptions & Billing

Kinleaf offers two subscription plans, Essential and Kinleaf Plus, billed monthly or annually. Current pricing is shown on our Features & Pricing page. Both plans start with a 7-day free trial; if you don't cancel before the trial ends, your paid subscription begins automatically and your payment method will be charged.

All purchases — whether made in the app or through our website — are processed by RevenueCat, using the Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe as the underlying payment processor. Kinleaf does not receive or store your payment card details. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before renewal. You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active through the end of the billing period you've already paid for. We don't offer refunds for partial subscription periods.

Your Content & Data

You own the information you enter into Kinleaf about yourself and your children (“Your Content”). We don't claim ownership of it. By using the Service, you grant Kinleaf a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or the servers/networks connected to it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app
• Use the Service to impersonate any person, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion.

No Medical Advice

Kinleaf, and any information, summaries, or content within it, is for informational and organizational purposes only. It is not intended to substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not replace parental judgment or monitoring. Always seek the advice of your child's doctor or other qualified health provider with any questions about a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or logged in Kinleaf. If you believe your child is experiencing a medical emergency, call emergency services immediately — do not rely on Kinleaf.

Intellectual Property

Kinleaf and its licensors own the Service, including its design, features, graphics, and the Kinleaf name and logo. These Terms don't grant you any right to use Kinleaf's trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent. Other than Your Content, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service.

Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers — including the Apple App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat, Stripe, and Supabase — to operate. Your use of those providers' own platforms (e.g. downloading the app from an app store) is also subject to their terms, which are between you and that provider, not Kinleaf.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DON'T WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION IN THE SERVICE IS ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KINLEAF WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. KINLEAF'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID KINLEAF IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Kinleaf, and its officers, employees, and agents, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we believe you've violated these Terms, or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — will survive.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
